Work Party this Saturday (30th September - from 10am)

27 Sep 2017

Having had a successful season on the field capped off by a fantastic Club Awards' Dinner, now we turn our attention to putting things away for the winter and until next season.

This Saturday we have a small but important list of tasks that are made easier by having a healthy turn-out (i.e more than 10) such as manhandling the net back over the road to its winter resting (hibernation) spot at Meadows School.  We also need to take down the boundary netting system and move the green hut into the pavilion.  There are also some jobs tidying up the changing rooms, main pavilion room and the verandah.

Finally there is a load of kit (clothing, towels etc.) that we have accumulated over the season that needs to find their owners or they will be disposed of.

Looking forward to seeing lots of you there for a bit of early morning hard work.  Might even be time for a cheeky bleep test!!
