Southborough Cricket Club

Thank you to everyone who turned up both yesterday and today to help clear and decorate the clubroom/kitchen.

There was so much help that we are ahead of schedule - kitchen stripped out and taken to the dump, holes filled and sanded, first coats of undercoat of gloss and emulsion on the walls and tiling started.

However we still have a way to go - the walls are going to need several coats of paint, the gloss paint on all the wood areas needs to be done and tiling finished before we start to fit the new kitchen in place.

We are planning to continue the good work next Sunday 26th Jan and the following Sunday 2nd February from 10.30 am.

We still need help with the following; flooring expertise - does anyone know someone who can lay a screed in the kitchen area so we can lay floor tiles? Is there a kitchen fitter within our membership who can assist fitting the new units? Please contact Mandy or Trevor Weller if you can help.
